For the procurement and implementation of a new TOS for the bulk and break bulk facility,
Thessaloniki Port Authority has tasked Seaport Group to provide:
- Onsite assessment of current situation and future opportunities for the conventional cargo operation, RoRo operation, Cruise operation, etc.
- Perform the RFP/RFQ process, including preselection of suppliers, system functional and technical requirements, develop RFP / RFQ document with terms & conditions.
- Supervision and Monitoring during Installation and Implementation.
- Supervision During Testing.
- Final Acceptance Certificate.
